Peltech Filtration Sdn. Bhd. is the manufacturing base of the Peltech group. In two workshops in Senai Industrial Park, Johor, we design, fabricate and test pressure leaf filters, filter leaves, AlphaScreen vibrating separators, strainers, demisters and column internals, and we re-mesh filter leaves and separator screens of any make. Palm oil mills, edible oil refineries, oleochemical, chemical and oil and gas plants across Malaysia and the region are supplied from here.

Quality
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and our welding procedures are qualified to ASME Section IX. Pressure leaf filter vessels are designed to ASME VIII Division 1 and hydrostatically tested before they leave the workshop, with material certificates for traceability.

Can you re-mesh filter leaves and separator screens made by other companies?
Yes. We re-mesh and repair filter leaves of any make and size for vertical and horizontal pressure leaf filters, and supply new or re-meshed screens for round and linear vibrating separators.
Do you only supply palm oil plants?
No. Edible oil is our largest market, but the same Senai workshops build strainers, demisters, column internals, wedge wire screens and tanks for oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and general industry.
