About Peltech

Peltech designs, builds and services filtration and separation equipment: LEAKPROOF pressure leaf filters and filter leaves, AlphaScreen vibrating separators and screens, strainers, demister pads, structured and random packing and trays. Founded in 2006 by three people in a 1,200 sq ft workshop in Johor, the group now has about 80 people, its own works in Senai Industrial Park, Johor, and companies in Singapore and Indonesia. Our equipment runs in plants in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand, and has been shipped as far as Papua New Guinea, Pakistan and Peru.

Palm oil is where we started and where most of our work still is: bleaching-earth filtration in refineries, crude palm oil screening in mills, and packing, trays and demisters for deodorisers, fatty-acid strippers and biodiesel columns. The same workshop builds strainers, demisters, filter elements and vessels for oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, food, water and power plants, from a single replacement part to a complete filter package.

Our record is in our delivery books rather than in brochures: more than 650 AlphaScreen separators delivered, more than 30,000 screens re-meshed and more than 3,000 filter leaves built or re-meshed, much of it repeat work for the same plants year after year. We quote what we can build, say so when a repair is the better answer, and stand behind what we deliver.

We will keep doing what we have done for twenty years: invest in the Senai works, keep our engineers close to the plants we serve in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, and serve the palm oil and oil and gas industries with honest advice, sound engineering and reliable service.
